Chibej Synergy handles information you provide when you create or use an account, choose a sign-in method, set a marketing preference, or send a message through the Contact page. Contact submissions include your name, email address, message, and delivery status.

Shop features remember basket and pending-checkout details in your browser. After Shopify confirms a paid order, Chibej Synergy can retain an order summary and customer-account link for account order history. Supported connected-service features may also store provider identifiers, connection status, permissions, and protected credentials needed for that connection.

How information is used

We use this information to operate and secure accounts, deliver and answer Contact messages, keep basket and order-history features working, run connected services you select, and respect your marketing and privacy choices.

Cookies, browser storage, and release activity

The site uses cookies for account sessions and request protection. Browser storage keeps basket continuity, pending-checkout state, and your Release Link privacy choice.

Release pages count views and destination-button clicks in anonymous daily totals. If the Meta Pixel is configured, it loads only after you accept ads and marketing in the Release Link privacy choices. You can reopen those choices from a release page.

External services

Chibej Synergy uses Shopify for the storefront and hosted checkout, and may use an external provider when you choose external sign-in or connect a supported service. Music, video, and provider links can take you to services that apply their own privacy policies and account controls.

Your choices and requests

Your account provides controls for marketing preferences and eligible sign-in or provider connections. For information about requesting removal of personal data, read the Data Deletion page. You can send a request through the Contact page.
