Send a deletion request

Chibej Synergy does not currently provide self-service deletion of the full local account. Submit a request through the Contact page and start your message with Data deletion request.

Include enough information to identify the relevant data:

• the email address associated with your account or earlier Contact message;
• the connected service and account identifier, when relevant;
• a clear description of the data or connection you want removed.

Do not send passwords, passkeys, access or refresh tokens, OAuth codes, payment-card details, or other secrets.

Connection controls already available

From Account, you can remove an external sign-in method when another sign-in method remains. From Account → Perks, you can unlink a Discord or Patreon connection. These actions remove the selected connection; they do not delete your local account or unrelated records.

What happens next

We may ask you to verify that the account or information belongs to you before acting on a request. We will review the information controlled by Chibej Synergy and may ask for clarification when the requested data cannot be identified from your message.

A connected provider controls information held in its own service. You may also need to use that provider's account, privacy, or connection settings to remove provider-held data.
